Residential Home Inspection
The residential property inspection is a thorough evaluation of a home’s overall condition. I’ll carefully inspect the most visible and readily accessible areas, providing a complete report of the findings within 24 hours of the inspection.

Pre-Listing Inspection
A Pre-Listing Inspection should be scheduled by interested home-sellers before a listing for the home is made. By comprehensively inspecting the home before it is shown, we can clue you in on potential issues that could make successful negotiations more difficult to attain. Since the listing hasn’t yet been published, you can make repairs as you see fit and otherwise prepare for disclosing known issues to prospective buyers to avoid complications later during the negotiating process.

Home Walk-Through Consultation
The real estate market has been incredibly competitive in the last few years. To make their purchase offer more attractive, home buyers are forgoing their rights to a home inspection. I don’t advocate doing this, and most real estate agents don’t like doing this either, but the market has forced these compromises in many states across the country. To help buyers and sellers, I am offering a Walk-Through Home Consultation.

Loan Draw Inspection
Loan Draw Inspections are a wonderful asset to clients who want to ensure that construction on a new home proceeds with as few complications as possible. We’ll first review the terms of the loan agreement to get a clear idea of what the budget is and what details were agreed upon between both parties. We’ll then periodically inspect the job site, taking records of the materials stored on-site while also ensuring that the progress of construction appears to be compliant with any deadlines.
11TH MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION
This inspection service will help to ensure that you’re able to take advantage of your new home’s warranty before it expires. Most warranties issues by the builder of a home will expire after one year, and it’s important to learn about potential issues before that happens. We’ll investigate the readily accessible areas of the home, giving you the information you need about potential deficiencies so that you can then determine whether you or the builder will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
