Protect Your Investment with Our Inspection Warranty
As a homeowner, you want to ensure that your investment is protected even after the inspection is done. This is why having a professional you can depend on for support is essential. At MCR Home Inspections, we understand this need and offer a comprehensive Inspection Warranty to provide you with peace of mind.
90-Day Inspection Warranty
Our 90-Day Inspection Warranty covers your home inspection for 90 days from the inspection date or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. This means that you will always have at least 22 days of coverage. In addition, the Warranty includes repairs to items found in good working condition at the time of the inspection and listed explicitly within the Warranty.
One of the best things about our Inspection Warranty is that you won’t have to pay any deductible for claims. Additionally, any necessary repairs or replacements for the items listed in the Warranty will be handled without additional costs. Claims will also be handled within 72 hours of completion, so you won’t have to wait long for any necessary repairs to be completed. Furthermore, our 90-Day Inspection Warranty can work with any existing warranty.
120-Day Inspection Warranty
In addition to our 90-Day Inspection Warranty, we also offer a 120-Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty for pre-listing inspections. This Warranty provides coverage for 120 days from the date of the inspection.
Similar to our 90-Day Warranty, the 120-Day Warranty covers repairs to items found to be in good working condition at the time of the inspection and is listed explicitly within the Warranty. This means that any necessary repairs or replacements for the items listed will be handled without additional costs to the homeowner.
Our 120-Day Warranty gives you even greater peace of mind regarding pre-listing inspections. If any issues arise during the coverage period, you can rest assured that you are protected and any necessary repairs will be handled promptly and efficiently.
Choose Our Inspection Warranty
Having a warranty for your home inspection gives you the confidence that any issues will be addressed without any additional costs to you. It also shows that the home inspector is confident and willing to stand by their work.
In summary, choosing a professional offering a warranty is essential if you need a home inspection. With our Inspection Warranty, you can rest assured that you are protected and any issues will be handled promptly and efficiently. Choose our Inspection Warranty for your pre-listing inspection needs and protect your investment for an extended period.
